A Dance With Rogues Part 1 2.0

I'm playing the fanmade Neverwinter Nights module "A Dance With Rogues", the most recently updated one and unfortunately it looks like any maps/guides are for previous versions and dont help much with the new changes.
I'm having trouble in the Lesson 5 quest. I've got all the rings except the one from the Dark Skinned Sailor who's supposed to be in the harbor area but for the life of me, I cant find this guy anywhere! I've tried looking up guides but none I can find are very detailed. Plus looks like the maps have been changed in the newest updates of this module. Anyone who's played Part 1 2.0 remember where this guy is???
Also, does anyone know where I can see map guides for the latest version?

The most active forum for ADWR fans seems to be Neverwinter Vault[neverwintervault.org]. As you can see, players are answering detailed questions there on a daily basis.

To the best of my knowledge, there's no walkthrough for the new version.
