More hot bars

my bars are all full of spells and items and i need more space to quickly access stuff
control and shift hotbars aren't enough. i need more
is there a way to get more hotbars. i need more bars i need more binds please

I've always lamented the limited hotbar space compared to high level character spellslots, and when Beamdog took over, I hoped they would finally be able to give us more, but no such luck. What they did in the end though is give modders options to create their own UI elements. I haven't heard of anyone adding more hotbars yet (probably not that easy even with the new options), but Caladawn created a Quickbar for spells similar to the one in NWN2. I haven't gotten around to testing it, but if it works as intended, it should free up your hot bar slots, since you won't need them for spells anymore:
