It's great to see so many content creators still at large for this game. So thank you for your efforts.
Do you mean the next month? Or the last month of the year?
Awesome choice of custom content and lighting, looks really nice. Apparently there's also a bit of roleplaying / use of skills involved which is great. Will it be Spanish language only though?
Anyway, these screenshots was taken a lot of months ago; today, with the module nearly finished, the areas you see in the images are a lot more detailed and complex today. And I mean a LOT. Next week I will actualize the screens page.
The module are playable now, the main quests are finished, all the main NPCs, encounters and areas. The companion you will have is Aribeth, her pure evil version ;) and all of her dialogues are done, the one liner dialogs and a bit of romance (if you could call romance with a daughter of Hell like her ;P). My idea in the first time, when I begin this, is that the history was placed after the events of Hordes of the Underdark, so this will be a module for epic levels.
I need to create a few more areas and begin the tests about bugs, things that I have forgot, more dialogs, etc. And overall; the module is in spanish and made exclusively for my main character, a neutral evil fighter/rogue 23/17, so I have to rework the dialogs before I publish it. And I wanted to do a version in english too, so the majority of people can play :) I wanted the module to be perfectly finished before the last month of the year.
This begin only as a divertiment and a way to disconect years ago, when I was finishing my Ph.D, but over time the module has become very big and ambitious. After all, maybe I wanted only to create the game I alwasy wanted to play. And Neverwinter Nights allow me to do so.
That is the greatness of this game... That the developers give you the tools that they used to make, and that the game allows to create your own content for it. The game, also was birth in an age (20 years ago) in what the tools are enough simple to play with them with no special skills, only intuition. And with the incredible custom content that the great artists of the community had created over the years (and a reworked version, like this EE) you can virtually create any history that you have in your mind.
This is for what I love this game so much :)
Hi
Well, I dont know... The module begins years ago only as a personal entertainment for my main character. But the thing has grown a lot and maybe the multiplayer could be implemente with little effort...
Hello
I´m glad that you asked me that question :) Since last autumn (november) I cannot work in the module because my job and otter life-matters keep me awful busy. But now, with the summer here, I am ready to get back to work in Myth Drannor until I finish it, finally. It only left a few areas, few encounters, npcs, dialogues, a slighty rework of Aribeth´s romance/interactions, and such. And I have to repass all of it (I am veery detailist). I think that it will be totally ready in two or three months since today.
Thank you very much for your interest. NWN rules :)
Thank you for all your work.
Nonetheless, I may yet try this one, I do love such large projects and yours look really cool at that.
Yes, my module is a totally independent history from Pool of Radiance. That game is left too short, in my opinion, for all the possibilities that Myth Drannor gives for a DM (and the player). Myth Drannor always was like the most tremendous and terrific adventure place in all of the Realms. And I love ruins so much :)
