NWN CD KEY

hey guys, my dads NWN is having issues running, it keeps asking for its CD key to run, any ideas as to where it can be located

For NWN and XP1 it's printed on the back of the manual. XP2 it's printed on a label inside the box.

And if it's the digital edition from Steam, GOG or Beamdog, you'll find it in the file cdkey.ini, either in your main installation folder for NWN (Diamond Edition) or in your user/Documents/Neverwinter Nights folder (Enhanced Edition).

Neverwinter Nights can you give your key?

only if you are giving the game to someone else and not playing it yourself anymore, or if you have like 2 copies now (eg old disks + new EE version download?).
The rules have not changed, 1 key per owner/player. Sharing it is piracy. There is also the alternate where you share the device eg 1 copy on one PC shared with your dad or smx, that is usually OK.
