Items increase stats permanently?
Is there any Tome of Strength in NWN EE?

I remember there was some in Baldur's Gate.

Items only increase stats so long as you are wearing or holding them.

No, there are no permanent stat increases in NWN except for a +1 you get every 4 levels (4, 8, 12, 16, 20...). There's also a +12 cap on ability bonuses from items, spells, etc. Some community modules can fake permanent increases, but those bonuses still count towards the +12 cap.

You can uncap bonuses with server settings on hidden UI.
