Ragnarok's ACP. Advanced combat animations for different combat animations. Works in conjunction with the above. https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/hakpak/original-hakpak/alternate-combat-animations-pack-acp-v40
Amethyst Dragon's Colorized icons: (See edit below)
Boomwav's enhanced skill icons. These are just beautiful. https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/images/icons/enhanced-skill-icons
..and class icons (Main files needed. updates optional)

Exrended rod of fast buffing: In the workshop I think or https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/prefab/item/rod-fast-buffing
As for GUI's there's lots on the vault. Best to browse them yourself.
Oh and if you are into character building and have something that will run excel sheets:
Kamiryn's character build calculator helps avoid mistakes:
https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/other/tool/characterbuildcalculator-cbc
Have fun :)
EDIT: It occues to me that because steam handles workshop items differently to the old override folder and because some of these files are modifying the same icons, you should get all of them from the vault so you can mix and match the icons to the ones you prefer using the traditional override system. (i'd also strongly recommend that any workshop items you do download be moved to the override or portraits or relevant folder in your docs/nwn (You will find worjkshop files in %your install path%\Steam\steamapps\workshop\704450 ) or just get them from the vault in the first place.
AD's work as a single package (has links to individual works so you can mix and match)
https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/other/gui/complete-gui-alterations-package-transparent-and-colorized
Add this one first then the other icons from BoomWav as you wish.
EDIT2: I forgot the colorized scrolls:
https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/images/icons/colorized-scrolls
Also, this fixes familiars for epic levels (Tony K's only goes to lvl20 I believe. There are 4 duplicate files. Keep the Tony K ones)
Have fun :)
