Steps to take if your game is in English and you need another language

First, let us apologize. Localizations still do indeed work; we wouldn't think of removing them!

We've added a new "Nuklear" UI system to the game, and it seems we missed an important compatibility setting. Currently, the Steam language selection is being overridden by the new UI. We're working on this problem as a top priority, and will address it in our next patch.

Meanwhile, you can use the new Nuklear UI to set your languages.

1. Hit ctrl+shift+F12, and a new set of tabs will appear at the top of your game window.
2. Click on the Tab marked Config, and a scrolldown menu will appear.
3. Scroll down until you see the "game" header, and under that is a Language tab. It probably says English right now.

4. Click on English, and a new dropdown menu will appear, with a choice of languages.
5. Make your choice from the selections, then scroll back to the top of the Config Tab.
6. Look for a button that says Commit. Click on that, and close the game.
7. Re-open the game, and you should be seeing the language of your choice.

A note: ctrl+shift+F12 is a Toggle for the Ui. i.e. to make it go away, click those again

It works perfectly. I may have come forward with my comment and did not pay enough attention to the UI Gonfiguration of NWN EE.
