Edit: I undid the attempted fix above, setting "toggle-to-borderless" back to false... then dared to try changing "windowed" to "fullscreen" in the spot in my first of the two Posts & it seems to pseudo-work. It opens in Fullscreen but only has the adorably small game viewing in the center of the Screen surrounded by much black taking up the rest of the Screen until it gets to the Main Menu then uses ALL of the Screen in what looks like a proper Full Screen View. Hopefully this works when I actually attempt to play the game after making my first Character & nothing buggers up, along with another Guides's info on making Player Character Level Ups auto-roll Max Legal HPs... in exchange for having that set on, I decided to play Hardcore Rules instead of just Normal Difficulty, as a compromise. *crosses fingers*
