Question about neverwinter nights diamond edition nwn ini?

ok I just got the non steam GOG version neverwinter nights diamond edition I could not find a character editor or trainer and I seen where it is saying about cheats nwn.ini." In the Game Options section of this file, add this phrase: <P> Debug Mode=1 <P> but my nwn.ini has no game options section I am guessing them sites mean the nwnplayer.ini game options section?

They probably do mean nwnplayer but do not add that line. It is likely to break things.
