Ability Score Modifiers in NWN

So iirc in NWN...
Dwarves get +2 constitution, -2 charisma.
Elves get +2 dexterity, -2 constitution
Half-orcs get +2 strenght, -2 charisma, and -2 intelligence.

Following that line of logic, should female characters get -2 strength?

Well its based on a fantasy universe with magic and monsters, maybe in said universe females are usually just as physically strong as males.

The Abilities will reflect what they have done with themselves within the range of the available pool, so no, females that bodybuild instead of being studiouse like Donna Moore for example (Real life 2017 strongwoman) certainly should not be getting a -2 to strength.
