Do you need to own the DLC/Module's to play them multiplayer/coop?
For example, If someone owns all of the DLC and you don't can you still play with that person or do you need to own them to?

Good question actually. Back in the day you needed to have the same expansions, but they are included in the basic EE now. I would guess you both need to have the module that you want to play? But not sure how NWSync interacts with that especially if it's a Premium module. Try it and see? :)

I asked because i know some games let you play with other people even if you don't own the dlc.

In the pre EE aera, only the Host need the modul to play - the clients need additionaly files (like CEP or other HAK and TLK files ..) only if the modul use the content of this additional files ...
The DLCs should use only the basic content - and as this playable from every basic client - imho ... :)

Eventually I'll be able to test this out but would love to hear a confirmation on this

I did test this out, trying to connect to a friend's machine who had hosted a game using the Wyvern Crown of Comyr DLC (he had it, I didn't) and I wasn't able to connect unfortunately. I then did try to connect using the infinite dungeons dlc (we both have it) and I was able to connect. So it does appear, at least from my experience, both players need the DLC to play together :(

Isn't Wyvern Crown single-player only though?

Darkness over daggerford is the only singplayer dlc i think. All the other dlc's says it's multiplayer.
