(The numberpad works as an alt radial menu so casting a few buffs or other actions can be learnt if you want.)
(For no other reason than quickbar management, Sorceress is better than a wizard cos all offensive spells (with metamagic) can fit into the 36 slots available, tho it depends what spells you pick of course... perhaps I only chose that many offensive spells cos there were only 36 quickslots? ??? !!! )
Have fun :)
Thanks for the info! Appreciate it! In this case it was for Cleric, but for magic users I do prefer sorcs, also always dislike opposition school mechanic of specialist mages.
Thanks again!
Clerics! Pfft, bane of the land! Magic and armour? No style... *cheeky grin* You are very welcome :)
*laughing* But, but... but where do I put timestop????
Have fun :)
Toolset, mak eitem, export as an .erf , load your erf into the module playing.
It is in .erf form iirc so you'll need to add it to the module you're playing or beg the PW owner to add it. Might be an override version too, IDR.
Check Neverwintervault. https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/prefab/item/rod-fast-buffing
Have fun :)
I'd personally just cast all Long-Term Self Buffs from the Radial Menu [right click on character]. Takes some time, but it saves your quick slots for things that you might want to cast in a fight.
I remember some crazy spell caster players back in the day on servers such as Antiworld PVP doing 'everything' from the radial menu, and not worrying about quick slots at all. But personally think this is a 'wee' bit too much lol.
