Hello some adventures need , character starting level up to 1 ,for exemple how to make a character lvl 5 ?

You can get a some modules that help you build custom characters like Pretty Good character creator I think. Or you can just use console commands and adjust the PC.

(also works with negative)

(same with CON,INT,CHA,WIS,DEX)

And if you want to add specific feats (hey, why not) 1) download leto 1.69 2) create your characer 3) load it in leto 4) modify at will feat/skills 5) save 6) start again but import the new char
