Character Planner in Excel

Surprised to see this after not playing it for who knows how long. I remembered when I did I used a character planner for Excel to help make character builds. But since it has been so long ago, I don't recall its name or where it can be found. Heck, it might have been overhauled for all I know! Does anyone know what I am talking about and where to get the latest version, assuming it is still around?

For those that have Open Office and not Microsoft Excel, I found you can convert the .xlsl to .ods through this website: https://www.aconvert.com/document/xlsx-to-ods/

Bumping the thread mainly because it's top google result when searching for a character planner and I had trouble using the xlsx file with google docs and open office until I found you can convert it. May be useful knowledge to others.

I don't think OP is asking how to cheat. You can give yourself any amount of XP or other stats by using console commands without involving the editor or learning code. It is all on the wiki, you know.
