Improved 2 weapon fighting

Hi there,

I get the Talent two – handed from an item. I picked 2 weapon fighting. Now i am wondering why i do Not have the Option to pick improved two weapon fighting.

Char: cleric 9 / fighter 4

Weapon: warhammer
Dex is 10.

Attack bonus is by 11.

Doesn't Two Weapon Fighting itself require 15 Dex?

The Talent two handed has the requirement dex 15. the Talent improved two weapon fighting needs: two weapon fighting, two handed and attack Bonus more than 9. info at panetneverwinter. But it seems that you are Right.....

Did I read that right that Two Handed is granted by equipping an item? If I remember correctly you need the required talents on the character, equipping items with the talent is not enough.
