This is a super-nooby question, but I found a .hak file for making quarterstaffs into a dual weapon and I'd like to use it as an override file for my entire game. It says to use "nwhak.exe" in the "utils" folder in order to turn a .hak into an override, but I can't find it anywhere. A post on the Beamdog forums indicated that they didn't include this utility with the game . . .

So what do I do? I can't find any tools that will let me modify .hak files anywhere. I just want to be able to use quarterstaffs as a dual-weapon.

I fear that, as many other mods actually require, you will have to wait for a conversion :/
