How do i open the console and put in cheat codes

Hi i dont remember how to use and put in cheat codes anymore just want to mess around
how do i do it?

It's the key to the left of the "1" key (not numpad). Called Tilde key on some layouts, but it's different depending on region.

You can also enter the chatbox with ENTER and then type ##DebugMode 1
Every command you type now must also start with ##
