Yep, they are releasing DLC for the enhanced edition and it's not even out yet.... It's the DLC that's been included in the diamond version since the diamond version was sold... And it's included in the base price.
The other three premium modules, which were NEVER included in the diamond edition, are included in the upgraded package of the EE. Which is nice, because there is no other way to buy them.
The modules currently marked as "DLC" on the store page were the "premium modules" released towards the end of the original game's life cycle. You had to pay extra for them back then, too; they were pretty much DLC before anyone invented the term. They won't be available for purchase until the game itself is, natch, and you'll be able to buy them a la carte or all together with the deluxe version of the game.
And its not 'unethical' at all- If its worth it or not is a matter or personal opinion but just get the delux edition and you're good.
edit- Also keep in mind that if you already own the premium modules you can play them in the EE without having to rebuy them- I am personally doing this although I would be glad to upgrade my version if/when they find a way to do it without returning the game and rebuying but thats mainly to support the project because this is a project I believe in and want to see come to fruition in all its potential glory.
To each his own though-
Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition includes the Neverwinter Nights base game, two expansions (Shadows of Undrentide and Hordes of the Underdark) and three premium modules (Kingmaker, ShadowGuard, and Witch’s Wake). This is the same content included in "Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition".
As part of the Enhanced Edition, Premium Modules have been made to work again and three additional premium modules (Pirates of the Sword Coast, Infinite Dungeons, and Wyvern Crown of Cormyr) will be sold separately.
We include everything that was in the Diamond Edition, and then the premium modules that were previously available to purchase from BioWare are offered as a part of Digital Deluxe (Beamdog) and DLC (Steam).

- Will I retain ownership of the premium modules I purchased from BioWare?
- If you already have the premium modules (Wyvern Crown of Cormyr, Pirates of the Sword Coast, or Infinite Dungeons), they will function properly in Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition.
It's discussed in more detail in https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/67024/premium-modules-why-extra
>.< Did you not read the posts?
It IS included.. or are just trying to irritate people?

The premium modules are part of a more expensive version of Beamdog's enhanced edition. This content is already created and it's being repackaged/sold individually just as it was previously. That doesn't make any sense to me. My point is there should only be one full version sold at a reasonable price.
Well, seeing as how there are NO PRICES yet, you can't really claim that any of it is "unreasonably priced", which is what you are claiming by saying "there should only be one full version sold at a reasonable price". Seriously, you are arguing AGAINST people having purchasing options, which isn't a smart move on your part. Not everybody likes being FORCED to buy things they might not want.
