What is up with that little shed in the Great Graveyard / Beggars Nest?

I've played this game over and over for years, and I've never once found anything to open that little crypt lookin' shed to the left of the main crypt entrance. It has that chest with the note in it that says "A wall at arms length". What is hiding in there?!

Put the "star" shield there

It's one of the items obtained in the hunt of Haluleth Never's artifacts which are scattered across Neverwinter. The quest is given by Oleff in the temple at the city core and the item in question can be found (with others) in the peninsula district.
