Is Klauth invincible / bugged?

Hey there,

I am now counting 6 hours+, likely over 150 tries, and I simply cannot defeat Klauth.
I killed the blue dragon, gave Klauth the rotten orb, did everything that is itended to be

I am a fully buffed monk / druid / shifter, Linu-cleric is rolling with me.

I have zero chance...

6 hours 34 minutes and around 186 tries later, I managed to kill this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dragon.

I killed him once with a single Finger of Death. He is not immune or bugged, just a normal adult red dragon.

I read that alot, but I cannot use that spell so it's a pretty useless hint for me. Really, that fight was so damn bad I cannot believe it. I had around 70 nice hours until this fight. Now I just wann uninstall that crap...

well, I'm in chapter 3 now. My build is a fighter/bard/RDD. so I'll probably be immune to fire by the time I get there.

so you are a druid monk shifter.

um. the Way that class is played is you get shifter to minotaur form, and use its large size to knockdown the enemies, with improved knockdown.

the way it works is your druid weapon's magical bonuses get applied on top of the great axes bonuses.

so as a fully kitted druid shifter monk, we should be wearing.Chainmail of speed, boots of hardiness +3, Ring of Power, Ring of.... the prize ring we get for helping the barbarians from the druid that grants +improved evasion. For sake of broken ness the belt of greater swordsmen. a cloak of fortification, stuff. Probably +str stuff.

weapon I'd have to poke around to see whats available. A leech dagger and a shield is probably fine.

we also probably want a bag full of potions of heal or scrolls of greater restoration. I bought many in luskan because they were cheap like 1200 gold. after he gave me a discount.

not sure why you have linu. Sharwyn gives you a decent buff. Linu isn't much better than a bag with potions in it.

so we want some longer term buffs, use your rod of the ghost and scabbard of blessing.

cast some buffs, Don't know what your level split is. I'm assuming your druid can cast stoneskin, bulls strength,

we could get into whatever but whats your level split at this point to figure out whats available.

guessing you should be using hmm. do you have the profs for Drone +4? and hazernati's shield?
