Which is best handgun?
I like the green iron sights on gold Möller PP but it feels to weak to even finish off a miltary or FNIX runner.

I like the magnus's high accuracy and dmg but i dont like how uncommen its ammo is.

Klauke has more commen ammo and decent dmg. Should i go Klauke?

Walther PP. The .32 ACP HP ammo respawns in the police car near Yttervik. 128-256 bullets, depending your Scavenge skills.

That depends on your playstyle but the choice for me comes down between Glock 17 and .44 Magnum.

Möller has 8x rounds stock or 16x rounds with Gold (lvl5) mag extension. It can take a silencer and ammo is plentyful in early game (proto runners drop Möller ammo) It uses either HP or FMJ ammo.
While the Gold (lvl5) Möller does have green LEDs for eyecandy, at night, they actually block the vision (glare) and it's harder to aim down sights.

Glock 17 has 17x rounds stock or 25x rounds with Gold (lvl5) mag extension. It also can take a silencer and ammo is also plentiful (military runners drop Glock 17 ammo). Ammo choice is either FMJ or AP.

.44 Magnum has only 6x rounds which you can't increase. It can take either the silencer or compensator (recoil reduction). What sets it apart is that .44 Magnum can take 2-4x handgun scope and any vision module as well. Ammo choice is HP or FMJ.

So, Glock 17 is improved version of Möller and it's ideal against ticks/seekers/runners. It's also a good weapon if your aim isn't that good (25x round clip). And with it's AP ammo, you can use it even to damage/destory armor on bigger robots (e.g harvester).

.44 Magnum, in the other hand, is good for sniping thanks to it's scope and vision module. Downside is it's rare ammo (rarest in game, especially it's FMJ ammo) and small clip size. Oh, it also has a huge recoil.

My main char (sniper build) has .44 Magnum as a side arm and i use it to scope around in IR or OPV vision mode. All other 3x chars of mine have Glock 17 as a sidearm.

Good news is the update redid the enemy's ammo drop making it easier to find ammo for .44 magnum. I found close to a stack of FMJ rounds for magnum after killing a military hunter.

Actually, if you have the weapon in inventory, you'll find a lot more ammo for it.

E.g when i'm looting, i rarely see any 5.56mm or .243/.270 ammo in them since i don't carry those weapons. But if i were to carry AG5, i'd be seeing a lot more 5.65mm ammo in loot boxes. So, there is that.

Also, June's Update messed up the ammo from robots and i saw a lot of .44 Magnum ammo inside FNIX hunters, despite i didn't have .44 Magnum on me.
