Would automatic clicking script be considered cheating?

Hi, so I have a button on my mouse that I can just hold down and it clicks like 5-10 times in a second without me having to do anything. This is really useful as 049 because I don't have to click for every single time I want to kill.

This is a small advantage, but every little bit helps I guess.

Could this technically be considered cheating? I don't know, maybe I'm stupid for asking such a question...

Well, anything that provides an unfair advantage could be considered cheating I guess. But this is really just something that clicks instead of me. I guess you're right. Until someone says otherwise, I'll disable this.

I wouldn't say so. Clicking fast by your own hand or Script isn't really cheating.

It really depends on how you use it, the biggest problem i see with this is that you could possibly get a kill someone else cant get (Example: Firing in 1 second multiple shots from a rifle) or as you said using it with 049, i think it could be considered cheating unoficcialy im unsure if it's considered cheating officially too.

agreed, while its not a big deal its still true that another player is not physically possible to click as fast as software.

Does using a full mat monitor fall under cheating too? it lets me see the game brighter and sharper, which lets me see enemies and items easier and from slightly further away
What about the volume keys on my keyboard, I can immediately raise and lower the volume in a few clicks whenever something is painfully loud like the announcements or annoyingly quiet like when sneaking.
I can think of a lot of things that would give an advantage without being a script or macro, or external software.

it is not cheating, pressing your mouse everytime to kill someone can literally ♥♥♥♥ and destroy my mouse in a few months.
