Where is Half-Life decay on Steam?

I can't find it on the steam store

Decay is exclusive for Sega Dreamcast and PlayStation 2.
This game never been on PC !

The reason it isn't on Steam is because there's already a fan made PC port of it.[decay.half-lifecreations.com]

I play the half life games on steam and thought decay was on pc but my computer is a macbook pro what i am wondering more is how to port over half life opposing force and half life blue shift to garry's mod does anyone know

You can't. Garry's Mod uses an entirely different engine to that of OF and BS. However, if you can get Half Life: Source, you can use the content from that game over to GMod.

There actually is a mod on Garry's Mod called "Half Life Renaissance" and it contains all the Opposing FOrce and Blue Shift enemies and weapons. Check it out.

(responding almost a year later lol) I recently got into binging the HL games and expansions, and I was sad to learn that Decay is not for PC! But, as a solution, I was wondering if anybody knew if we could possibly suggest a Steam adaptation of it in the future, maybe as a current substitute for HL 3? Just a thought, though I know getting solid hold of Valve would be difficult.

Decay was made by VALVe and Gearbox. It's entirely up to them to put it in. Though this one's a fan-made PC port, i have doubts it will ever hit the steam store.

I've played Decay on the PS2 before, you aren't missing much, and it's pretty short.
