Looking for Old HL1 Map - 'house'

TL:DR, looking for old school HL1 map called 'house'. Carnage in multiplayer, need for LAN.

Friends and I having an old school LAN this weekend, need your help. We used to play this old map on Halflife 1 Deathmatch, we called it "house".

It was a really simple design, 2 to 3 story house, small outside area, and it was carnage to say the least.

Really mean a lot if anyone could help me find it (tried googling a bit but couldnt find it)

We thought we had it on a very old burnt CD, but it no longer reads anymore, so we are stuck (and would seriously be lacking nostalgia at our LAN should we not be able to play it)

Anyone ?? Please have mercy.

Still looking for the map, no results on google. How can such a map dissapear out of existence. We used to play it so much.
