How to turn "God" mode off in Half Life? sv_cheats 1 and typing "god" again haven't been working

Remember when you used to use godmode in order to beat certain levels or were just lazy? Well, I used it. I saved the game with it a few times but I was able to turn it off. Recently I tried to turn it off today and the message in the console that would say "godmode OFF" or "godmode ON" no longer appear when I type:
sv_cheats 1
god
sv_cheats 0
Is there a way I can fix this? I'd like to go back to playing the game though I really just wanted to play for the storyline to better understand what's going on in The Orange Box. Yes, I cheated and it was wrong.

Probably because the command is "/god" and not just "god".
Edit: oh wait, seems like both should work... hmm I dunno then.

Sv_cheats 1
autosave
load autosave.
THEN DO GOD.

-dev +sv_cheats 1 

...now you should get all the cheats working.
try.... impulse 101.... to check if the cheats is working.

What does impulse 101 do

asegurate que eso sean los propios del juego y que esten publicados por la paguina oficial del juego, porque si son los del desarrollador y no estan publicados puedes tener problemas

What does impulse 101 do

Impulse 101 gives you all weapons + suit + battery and maybe healthpack

4. God
