How to kill the big crab?

I'm in the Gonarch's Lair episode and a giant crab jump into a hole, but everytime i jump too, the crab get over me and kill me.

you must get to big cave where is net for "crab". If I understand you right, then you should wait till he is gone into it, or run there first avoiding "crab"

You have the right idea. Just follow Gonarch to the web pit, then jump down below her and blast her with whatever you got. Stay behind the pillars as much as you can to avoid the acid spit and baby head crabs. After a minute or so the web will break, and she will run to the center of the room and die.

Another idea is that if you know where the portal is to progress to the next area set as many sachel charges as you have in the exact spot then pop a grenade and BOOM portal to next area, no need to kill the Headcrab Mother.
