is there a way to enable cheats on your server?

i figured it out. Change sv_cheats to 1, then type deathmatch 0 and then restart server with restart command. After that server operates as a single-player game, but other players still able to play. The only downside is that if you die (you=host), then game will auto-load last campaign save you have

You can use AMXModX and download a plugin that allows noclip and godmode in Multiplayer (Which is what I did).

very useful but why does the ui disappear after I reset the serevr? is there any way to fix it?
