Will they add Decay from the ps2 port?

Valve added Uplink with this new update and on the website it says "We now consider this anniversary version of Half Life to be the definitive version, and the one we'll continue to support going forward." So does that mean eventually Decay will get ported to pc and added to Half-Life since this is the Definitive Edition?
