Load/Spawn Issue

Just barely started the game and every time I try to load a save is spawns me in a wall or hovering outside of the map.. How can I fix this? Thanks

does it do this with the quick saving/loading?

This happens both with quick save and auto save.

I finally got it stop loading me into the wall or outside of the map by restarting steam.
Why that would work idk.
But now I cant move... I can look around but cannot move...
