Black Mesa Inbound Bug

I was re-playing Black Mesa Inbound, and all was going well. Then I got to the section of the ride where you go down into the canyon (after you pass the rocket) and, when the loading screen finished, the music continued, but the tram did not go down. Any ideas on how this might have happened, or how to fix it?

Open console, type map c1a0 and hit enter.

I've tried that, but when i do it and enter the Sector C Labs, my locker is open, the casserole is popped, and the HEV Suit is gone!
