Explain? They keys still work, I can still run, crouch and jump in succession, they just don't preform the long jump in xen.
It really isn't though. OP either has extremely poor timing/dexterity, or didn't actually pick up the LJ module. Sounds more like the latter to me.
To be fair to him though, maybe the game glitched and took the LJ module away on the level change?

can you successfully perform the long jump in the tutorial once you get the module? if so (and youre sure you have the module) then i cant imagine what the problem is
