ed_alloc no free edicts
I have a Half-Life with completely zero mods. And with every map I load i get that error. I tried -num_edicts 2047, that didnt work as well.

Still crashes. Also, dont know if its important but i just noticed it says "No edicts" instead of "No free edicts"

try deleting config.cfg in the valve folder

Lower video settings: In some cases, high video settings can put additional strain on the game engine and cause issues. Try lowering your video settings to see if it improves the situation.
