How the @*#& do I noclip

I set my sv_cheats 1 and typed in noclip, and I didn't get it.

Steps

1) Save
2) sv_cheats 1
3) Load
4) noclip

You need to put sv_cheats 1 on first then you need to re-load the map you are in then ta-da!
