Stuck at end of Surface tension

Am stuck just past the water tank,running up the pipe , trying to jump up to the platform to call in the air support. No matter the angle or type of jump--tried 100s of times--can't make the jump--anxious to finish the game--Any suggestions??

There is a ramp that will lead to the platform. Also did you try to duck jump?

I almost got stuck at that same part myself (good thing I saved my game before that fight), but I got around that my using up all of my tripmines to weaken the Gargantua, and called in the air strike to finish him off

This is the solution. I'm actually surprised you made it this far into the game without knowing how to duck-jump.
