Chapter 5 Skip

In the chapter "We have hostiles" the scientist that begs the barney to open the silo door cannot open the security room door when i do the trick (hiting once to make him run in front of the door then making him run toward the door to open it), is it fixed or glitched?

Thanks, i was a also stuck on the chapter 7 because the wall mine arent solid anymore so no mine stairs

that i don't understand because they work perfectly fine. are you actually trying to stand on them when they aren't active?

This is really confusing stuff.

They fixed many stuffs in some patch because it ruins the point of the game. I remember the first time I played through the alien quarantine chapter, I pressed the button through the wall instead of going around it and I had trouble in the next chapter against the apache and super vortigaunts because I didn't collect the gauss gun.

Yeah the engine was pretty flawed (i liked to heal behind a wall) but they should let speedrunners using some advanced technics like the Bhoping.

Anyway the lasermine still works but i stopped the game for a moment

you can bhop, set your FPS higher and avoid the speedcap. the speedcap isn't even that bad anyway when you're only getting 300 FPS
