How to open .bsp files using J.A.C.K hammer?

You can't open .bsp files in a map editor. You could decompile the .bsp. I will send you a link to a tool

Did you try both Winbspc and BSPtwoMap?
BTW decompiled goldsrc maps are far from perfect, they are useful for learning and measuring, but only very basic maps will compile without fixing/remaking the whole map.
