The M16 Rifle is included in Official HD model pack. It can be turned off in Video Settings. the LD model for machine gun is MP5 SD and it fires faster now, both in HD and LD graphics.

It's reverted to the original speed, yes. A bug was making the multiplayer ROF being used in the singleplayer game.

Some weapons can get affected by fps, mp5 fires faster in 250 fps rarther then in 60, and if fires slower if 20-30, some other weapons can get affected too, but its overall noticeble in mp5, probably due to the hell of input lag
