DAFUQ IZ VIT MA FARMES PER SEKOND *ok sorry for horrible title :)*

Again sorry for title but im blown to death...
Well im sharing a library with my alt cuz i got vacced on cs go for cheating LOL and i got here same cuz ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ LINKED SAME ♥♥♥♥ and i didn't even cheat but ♥♥♥♥ that ♥♥♥♥

And i put in console map c1a0 so i instantly start with anomalous materials cuz i hate the tram ride and i put fps max 300 and override to 1. In menu i get like 200 fps and in game like the little room where you load AM chapter i get 65 fps LIKE WTF. I'm born in 2003 and im proud to say dat, but this game older than me by 5 years runs so bad for me, and id try out sierra version cuz i heard it has directx support or something like that and you can run it easier, but i cant because my brother lost the cd and scratched up prolly CUZ HE HAD IT WHILE I WAS IN MOMS WOMB FFS or just a spermy :D

well u hate reading so far so ye imma make tl;dr at end

I have AMD e-450 @ 1.65 ghz dual core with integrated card, 4 gb ddr3 1333mhz ram and 5400rpm hdd
i mean it cant be issue as on some parts in dust2 on csgo i run to 50 fps during competitive which scares me.

So this issue persists for ever but now i wanna start recording HL for some ♥♥♥♥ retarded videos
and i have to record at 30 fps which is hell to play and watch

I had to switch to win10 from win7 as i couldnt watch youtube past 480p and i was able to watch it even 1080p with edge but my fps in csgo dropped to like 10-15 and my cpu usage was retarded, always above 30% even when idling and my fps is back up to 30ish in most cases on most maps

so after vacban for having stuff linked with my acc that i cheated on i played hl1 shared from that account i couldnt run over 60 fps... so any help wtill be appriciated

TL;DR i have pc that runs csgo 30 fps but cant run hl1 which is idk like 14 hears older at 100 fps and on youtube ive seen ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pcs run it better than me so help me :D

-Type in the console (in Half-Life): fps_max and see what number it's at. Then change it.

Then you're probably running too much programs.

nop freh install of win7 with steam and viber and thats it, i mean i ran csgo 30-50 fps so i should run this game easily at 100
