Final boss issue

So I'm at the final boss, i blew up all the cryastels, and even after 100+ shotgun blasts to the face, this freaking thing won't die. Am I doing something wrong? Please help!

His head will open, shoot the triangle part of the head.

I did that, but I was low health and the shiocks killed me. In the gman cutscene I can't step into the the portal cause I'm dead. What should i do about that?

You can start the boss fight again, it will take under a minute to kill him.

after the cyrstals destroyed , weaken it with the ailen wasp weapon( limitless bees) until no sparks come out of its head and it will get slow to shoot projectiles. use the spikes for cover once done go to the high jump circles and jump to the healing pool it will try to rise to you near the healing pool there is antoher jumping circle jump again and aim at the sparkling brain inside its opened head one bullet is enough
