Made it to Xen, but I can't figure out how to use the jetpack....lol

Can sombody help me out, here. The game doesn't say what keys are used for the jetpack thingy, so I'm stuck on the tiny platform you spawn in on.

reload a previous save before you enter the teleporter room you're given a moment to practice with the Long Jump which if i remember is that you have to hold ctrl and press space.
