Lambda Core won't flood?
the table near the beginning of the level says all 4 switches or whatever are activated (Green), yet when I try to flood the core by rotating the 2 valves it stays on the same level, water won't rise, can't reach the ladder that way, wtf help!

Common bug, try exiting and entering the map repeatedly and then turn the levers.

Yeah, would be nice if they fix it if they ever decide to update it again but I wouldn't hold my breath especially for a game this ancient. It's game breaking if you don't have a save before you trigger it.
