Do you have the correct ports forwarded in your firewall.

I can not tell from your secreen shots But it looks like you are starting a listen server from the half-life game client. Listen servers run in the same process as a game client. A dedicated server does not need steam to run. Download and install HLDS with the steam library tools in to a folder out outside of the steam folder. Then make a HLDS desktop shortcut from that location for starting the server. Do not have Steam.exe running when you start your dedicated server. After the dedicated server is running. Them restart Steam.exe and connect to the game server with your game client on your internal lan address. The other players (outside traffic) will need to connect using your external ip address.

In order for your server to list in the game browser. Make sure you have all the correct ports forwarded.

Also have a look at (google search) "dedicated vs. listen servers"

No steam.exe? That was the problem?
I installed the dedicated server through steamcmd
It is no longer a lan but I am now unable to find my server in neither the internet section, nor the lan section. Did I forward the correct ports?

if you did it threw steamcmd make sure the valve folder has more than only the dll files. that is why i said to download threw steam tools.
The HLDS download from steamcmd has been screwed up for the last year.
