"Could not load library"

o k e y, so i tried making a mod, it was broken so i deleted it. when trying to load a map (playing it ingame) it wouldnt load. i thought i just had to do it through the actual game. but it opened with an error window with the words "Could not load library"

Check the integrity
Make a copy of your saved games. Then do the following.

Check the integrity of the game cache
1 Click Library in Steam
2 Righr click the Half-Life game
3 Next select properties
4 select TAB local files
5 click the box "check integrity or game cache..."
