Half-Life - Uncut Version still available?

Hello.
The question is named above. I'm from Germany (obviously :b) because no other country has this problem except our country which is ridicilous.

There was an "uncut DLC" - Patch to download but where can I donwload it? I can't seem to find it. I really would enjoy playing Half-Life uncut. I've also made my game language in English and added those commands into the autoexec file:

"violence_hblood 1
violence_hgibs 1
violence_ablood 1
violence_agibs 1
r_decals 4096"

But non of this is working.
Is there still a working method to play Half-Life uncut?

you could just buy the game on steam?, or import a copy from another country, id say the UK is the place to do that, aint the German version that version of the game, were scientists and securety guards sit down when killed, and there is no blood?

try contacting steam support to remove low violence from your half life games, i did that and now my half life is uncut

Yes exactly. But isn't there a possible way to like uncut a licensed Half Life version? There was an exclusvie free DLC pack for Half Life (for German users) that could play Half Life in the uncut version but it isn't there anymore :( Is there still a workaround or something?

Not really Uncut. Bodies still disappear. No gibs etc

I have the Uncensored DLC but I still see robots.... I really wish they would give any official statement about german version.

i don't remember since it was a long time ago, probably less than a day

Contact the Steam-Support when Half-Life is still cut in German, they can remove the Low Violence, then it is uncut. :-)

After i contact them it takes no 24 Hours and Half-Life and Opposing Force were uncut in German. Blue Shift is a problem, Valve know it, maybe they'll fix it sometime. :-D
Until then you can help yourself, exchange the audio files in the Blue Shift Steam-Folder, overwrite the English with the German ones, then it is at least uncut with German Voice, the Menu is still in English but you can live with that. :-)

I had the Anthology Bundle from 2015, which can have a cut problem with older Licenses.
