The character moves too fast

My character moves too fast that if I have to do something delicate like walking on the odge or something like this is imposiible.

dam this works like a charm, i finally loaded up Blue Shift (wanted to play it for 20 years) & couldnt get used to the old run/sprint reversal, i wonder if it would work in Counter Strike as i couldnt get used to it in that either

I wonder if it would work in Counter Strike as i couldnt get used to it in that either

Global Offensive you mean, or the classic one (aka 1.6)? If it's for the latter, it should work as it uses the same engine as HL1.

I was looking for a way to disable autorun as well. This works in the new anniversary release of Half Life. Pretty old original post but hey it works!

I hate the "Always Run" is on by default (and no way to turn it off in options) but I got used to it by the end of the game.
