Yes it IS possible, just takes practice. Im not sure how to do it with a command or mod.

You can bunnyhop to some extent with +jump bound to the mousewheel in Half Life, however in the steam version of the game they introduced a soft speed cap (of about 500 ups or a little under twice your running speed I believe) which will slow you when you hit the ground. In previous versions of the games this is not present and this is shown well in speedruns (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mvH9mwkvWIU).

There are mods which allow better bunnyhopping again (see http://openag.pro/ for multiplayer, https://sourceruns.org/goldsrc/getting-started/ for singleplayer) as well as a number of other movement tricks you can learn at https://wiki.sourceruns.org/wiki/Category:Half-Life_1

Omg why people here is so disrespectful... I just made a question so if i ask if i can bhop its because i dont know if i can or not... Its surprising how community insults you just for making a question... Thanks anyway for those who kept a bit of respect answering me, it seems difficult to do.

Funny thing is I am surprised that there are more helpful replies than the ones that are actually insulting you. Usually, bhop questions are full of hate replies. It's like asking how to cheat. It's abusing the flaw of the game movement mechanics.

Well, thats right... I thank so much the helpful ones... maybe i take more into account the insulting ones cuz i dont see "normal" that they answer a question you make like "It is something you should know" or like "how do you dare to say that, thats stupid".
Anyway, i agree so much with you xD
