New Game Plus?

Finally beat the game by becoming an immortal (couldn't figure out how to get the energy shard). Considering trying a New Game Plus mode, since I haven't bought Monsters and Missions yet, and it's too late in the game now for it to be of any real value to build up the guilds.

What does New Game Plus allow you to transfer over? I'm not gonna lose access to my Lord, Princess, Lich, Werewolf, Vampire, est characters and classes, will I?
