I'll give some generic info, but ask if you want more specific:
Werewolf is more of a melee bruiser type class with both damage and debuff abilities
Vampire is a rogue-ish hybrid class which can use guns amongst other things, has some good damage and debuff abilities.
Lich is of course a dark magic caster with lots of dark magic, zombie raising, some poison
Vessel is "similar" to FFT summoner kind of class, but a little different from them all the same...
Princess is a holy damage / healing type class, but is available only to female generic heroes
Lord is a hybrid warrior type damage-dealing / some support abilities class available only to male generic heroes
