Nintendo Switch Release?

Apologies if this has been asked but I can't find it anywhere. Are there ANY plans or a release date for a Switch version?

To quote a recent Kickstarter update:

"Finally, there is no official announcement yet, but we're very confident that the game will end up on the Switch, although that will be "later than April". If anyone would like to select a Switch Key instead, you can send us an email about that and we'll add a note in your information. Once again though, we expect any Switch version to come later than April, so keep that in mind..."

Cool. FYI on the main website it doesn't say theres a switch version next to the Xbox and ps4 logos

Right, it doesn't say on the main website because things are still not 100% done / settled. Even though they're "very confident", the Switch logo isn't going to be shown until it's "100% for sure".

I felt I could enjoy it more on my switch,
I wont refund the game here, but I will wait for a Switch release

Exactly how I felt, as much as I love FFT games

I was considering getting the console/PS4 version for similar reasons. But ultimately I went with the PC version because being able to do things like my own custom portraits beats any other consideration for me.

Even though the game reccomends controllers, I'm having zero issues with the keyboard/mouse interface. Luckily I was able to test that before I bought on the demo.

Im playing with controller, but i feel like mouse/keyboard would be better lol.

Well we technically haven't published it in Japan. However we would love to bring it there somewhere in the future, so we will keep you posted if it changes
