Thanks for your answer I found one of them in the forest, do you know where the other two are?
The carpenter is in the swamp, the wolf man is in the forest, the barber is in the portal you go inside in the japanese area that takes you to the merchant selling the item you trade the daggers for, but you need to go at night. And Revanent simon you need the demon ring from the ice area below the town named (I think) Notolia, you kneel before one of the graves in the bottom right graveyard with the hunter music at night.

The first one can be found at the outskirts of Theurgia (upper east)

And when you finally get all the achievements, it's game over, man! Game over!

And of course, when one attacks Dominique, you just yell "Get away from her, you ♥♥♥♥♥!".

There are actually four, as far as I've seen. The Carpenter, the Wolf Man, the Barber, and the Revanant Simon.

There could be a fifth, one of the liar dialogues alludes to the shopkeeper in (sp?) Notolia being a former hunter. There is usually some hint in these dialogues to a secret, like the opposite of what they're saying is true (maybe he's still a hunter?). But from what I can tell, it's just a lie and nothing more, which isn't the case for any of the others... anyone know what's up here?

Okay which of those is easiest to no damage? Because Carpenter's knife throws are infuriating to deal with from a no damage perspective. Anyone have any advice for THAT part of it?

Use the Ofuda charms

An amazing idea that would have worked for someone less idiotic than myself who 100%ed the game without realizing he needed to do the cheevo. Ofuda charms as far as I know aren't for sale until you beat the water dungeon and get to the towns gated by it, which is an awful lot to ask for someone starting a new game just for this cheevo. Anyone else who has not 100%ed the game should just do that for their no damage cheevos.

The Carpenter was the easiest for me - I just repeatedly threw knives which either damaged him or took care of his own knives. Then when he hopped over and started building I would switch to whip.
I envy your luck as this is unreliable but I made it happen approaching from the right. He aims a bit low on those knives so in my experience they can easily undershoot your own knives but if it works it can work really well.

There's one small exploit you can do with the Carpenter if you are lucky enough: if you manage to avoid his knives for long enough and stand on the absolute left edge of the screen and he'll will walk up to you he's apparently unable to touch you, leaving him susceptible to dash + whip combos
